3. Any employee (i.e.,) workman who is employed in the Employees provident Fund Organisation in the state of Tamil Nadu and who is not below the age of 15 years shall be eligible to become on ordinary member of the Union provided he submits a written application to the union in the form prescribed by the Union seeking admission and agreeing to abide by rules and bye-laws that may made on the Union from time to time.

4. Persons not actually engaged or employed in the Employees provident Fund Organization with which the Union is connected may be admitted as honorary members of the Union for the purpose of serving in the excutive of the union. The member of such ordinary members shall not be more than three in the Executive Committee of the Union.

5. Every ordinary Class.III and Class IV member shall pay a monthly subscription of Rupees Ten only (Rs.10). Any member who fails to pay his subscription for three consecutive months shall cease to be member and shall forfeit his claims to any benefit from the union from the date of his ceasing to be a member. The Executive Committee, may, however, restore the membership of such a person if he pays of his arrears of subscription.

6. With reference to the financial position of the Union, the Executive Committees shall decide from time to time the benefits to be given to the members. Any ordinary member on the rolls of the Union shall be entitled to the benefits fo the Union.

7. Any office Bearer or member of the Union found working against the interest of the Union may be removed from the Union or otherwise punished. One resolution to that effect passed at a general body meeting of the union, provided the member concerned is given previous intimation of the action proposed to be taken against him.
