8. No member of the Union shall strike work without the permission and specific direction of the executive committee and any member who acts in contravention of this rule shall not be entitled to any help and shall also be subject to such disciplinary action as may be decided by the executive committee.
    a. If a member goes on strike without the sanction of the Union he shall not be entitled to any benefits from the Union from the date from which he has struck work. This is in addition to any other penalty which may be imposed on him under previous rule.

    The Executive Committee is the sole authority to call far and conduct a strike and such action shall be taken by the executive committee only after exploring all possible avenues for the settlement of disputes open to it and also those provided for in the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 and such other laws as may be framed and in particular no strike shall be called unless at least 75 percent of the members of the Union have voted at a secret ballot specially conducted for the purpose and three-fourths of the votes so polled favour the calling of a strike.
9. A register of members, account books and other prescribed register and books shall be kept at the registered office of the Union and properly maintained by the Office bearers responsible. The registers and books shall be open to Inspection by any officer or members of the Union at the registered office on all the working days 10.00 A.M to 5.45 P.M.

10. The affairs of the Union shall be conducted by an executive committee consisting of a President, one Working President, A General Secretary, Joint Secretary, One Organizing Secretary. All Secretaries of Branch units and a Treasurer, nominated by the committee. All of them shall be elected at the annual general body meeting of the Union and shall hold office till the text election. The tenure of executive Committee shall be for two years. Interim vacancies shall be filled up by the committee by co-option among Committee members and the co-opted members shall hold office till the next election by the General Body.
