                g) The issue of or the undertaking of liability under policies of assurances on the lives of members or under policies of insuring members against sickness, accident or employment.

                h) The provision of educational, social or religious benefits for members including the payment of expenses of funeral or religious ceremonies for deceased members.

                i) The upkeep of a periodical published mainly for the purpose of discussing questions affecting employees and or employee such as

                j) The payment in further erance of any objects on which the general funds of the Trade Union may spent of contributions to any cause intended to benefit employees in general provided that the expenditure in respect that the expenditure in respect of such contributions in any financial year shall not at any time during that year be a excess of one-fourth of the combined total of the gross income which has accrued upto that time go the general funds of the Trade Union during that commencement of that year, and

                k) Subject to any conditions contained in the notification any other object notified by the appropriate Government in the official gazettee.

20)          All receipts of the Union shall be deposited in the name of the Union in any bank selected by the Executive Committee and within a reasonable time after collection as may be fixed by the committee. Receipts should not be utilized or spent directly before depositing in bank. Amount required by the Union for meeting any expenditure should be drawn from the bank account only on the joint signature of the General Secretary and Treasurer of the Union. The Treasurer may however be authorized to retain a sum not exceeding Rs.100/- for meeting the running expenses of the union.

21)          The general secretary may authorize urgent expenditure not exceeding Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) between two meeting of the executive committee. The executive committee may authorize urgent expenditure not exceeding Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) between two meetings of the General body. All other expenditure requires the prior sanction of the general body. The funds of the union shall be disbursed on vouchers signed by the General Secretary and Treasurer.

22.1.      The executive committee may constitute a separate fund from contributions separately levied for or made to that fund from which payments may be made for the promotion of the Civic, cultural and Political interests of the members in furtherance of any of the object in sub rule-2.

    2.a.     The payment of any expenses incurred either directly or indirectly by as candidate or prospective candidate for election as a member of any legislative body constituted under the constitution of any local authority before, during or after the election in connection with his candidature for election or.

       b.     The holding of any meeting or the distribution of any such candidate or prospective candidate or
       c.      The maintenance of any person who is a member of any legislature body constitute under (the constitution) or for any local authority; or
